Walkways & Fences

Fences protect pedestrians from potential hazards of construction. While fences enclose construction areas on campus, please find new routes to class, housing, library, work, and other destinations.

This site provides the current best estimates of when the fences will appear on campus, so that you may plan alternate routes.

• Pathways Currently Affected provides information on all active construction and the estimated date that paths will return to normal.
• Upcoming Changes to Paths lists all changes to pathways planned for the next week.

The exact dates that a fence will be put up and taken down are not always known. Start and completion dates for work can vary based upon weather, unexpected work encountered while renovating old buildings, or other reasons.

Remember . . . please remain outside construction limits marked by caution tape, barricades or fencing. They are in place for your safety.
